PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Goods for sale on www.leesports.co.uk are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated. This does not include anything sold under our second hand area.
DELIVERY
Lee Sports Ltd offer a fast home delivery service; and all orders over £100 in value are shipped free of charge if ordered on-line (UK mainland only). Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order.You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed or until the monthly direct debit scheme contract is signed. The card will not be processed until the goods are shipped (usually within 24 hours). Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Lee Sports Ltd reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at leanne@leesports.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation.We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
